How reports are handled
We take this responsibility seriously. We cannot provide a space that is safe 100% of the time, but we will do our best to handle incidents with care. A report can be made with or without your contact information, and you choose whether you would like a reply. Reports are received by the studio owners, who share them with the safety team; they are kept separate from ordinary questions and are not visible to other staff.
Report a concern
Tell the safety committee what happened. You can leave every contact field empty and report anonymously. Reports go only to the studio owners.
