About Lou
With over 20 years of dance experience and 12+ years of teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every class. My background includes competitive training in American and International Ballroom at the Bronze and Silver levels, over 12 years in Sacramento’s Lindy Hop community, and extensive performance experience with Spirit In Motion and the Midtown Stompers Competition Team.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their skills, and experience the joy of dance in a welcoming and supportive environment. Dance has changed my life, and I love helping others discover that same passion.
